The following steps should guarantee success in ordering the product of your choice:

• Choose your product
• Check the code, size and colour of your product
• Decide how many of your chosen item you wish to order
• E-mail or telephone your requirements. 
• Send details of the image or text you require to AceImprintz with your e-mail. Remember to attach any photos  you want us to use.
• Be aware that the photo on the product will only be as good as the photograph that you send to us. So please ensure that your picture is a good resolution. 
• Pay Aceimprintz.(By Paypal, credit card, cheque or cash).  
• Allow five working days after receipt of payment, for us to complete your order. If paying by cheque please allow a further 7 days to allow for the cheque to clear.

If the item that you have ordered is found to be faulty or damaged, you can return it within 7 days for either a refund, or a replacement.
